The film has a techno beat through most of it, and it throws in some animation here and there. It is a really fun and exciting film to watch. It keeps you on the edge of your seat, while also showing you how actions, even small actions, can change the world around you.

Run Lola Run
Run Lola Run is probably Tykwer's best known film, the first to really get attention here in the US. Providing the US with an introduction to Franka Potente, this film is simple yet so interesting in how the story is told. The story is about Manni (Moritz Bleibtreu) who has just lost a small fortune that he was carrying to his mobster boss. He doesn't lose it on purpose, it is all accidental. However he calls Lola in a panic, tells her that she has 20 min to get the money replaced or he is dead. The clock starts and we see Lola do everything she can to get the money to him in time. She fails, and in an instant we are back at the start and we see her do it again...but with some subtle and important changes to her story. We also see how each change to her story creates a change to other people's stories...how her actions ripple out into the universe.
